Trash & recycling is collected every Wednesday at the curb by Emterra. Set bins out the night before or early Wednesday morning — and if you put them out the night before, please use a covered container, since animals and rodents get into uncovered trash. Major holidays can push that week's pickup back one day; when in doubt, set bins out and check with Emterra.

Seasonal Reminders
- Winter: snow removal is handled for shared areas. Please keep your driveway clear so crews can reach the drive.
- Trash & recycling: collected every Wednesday by Emterra. Put bins out the night before or early Wednesday, and bring them back in the same day. If you put trash out the night before, please use a covered container — animals and rodents get into uncovered trash. See the Dues & Fees page for details.
- Storms: report downed limbs or damage in shared areas through the Submit a Request page.
